We offer free, tracked shipping to several countries. By shipping directly from our warehouses in Asia, we aim to keep shipping fees affordable for our customers.

In addition to the shipping time, please allow an extra 1 to 3 business days for order processing and preparation.

 

 

Tracking Information

Upon preparation, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive your items in separate parcels.

 

 

Custom and Import Taxes

While most parcels arrive without custom fees, any incurred can be addressed by contacting us for assistance.

We are unable to assume responsibility for delays resulting from customs inspections, as shipping timelines are beyond our control once a parcel has been dispatched.

 

 

Separate Shipments

When purchasing multiple items, we may provide separate tracking links to safeguard their transit and mitigate customs-related delays. While we strive to consolidate shipments whenever feasible, logistical constraints such as size, weight, and cost may necessitate separate deliveries. Rest assured, you can monitor each item's journey in real-time.

 

 

Unable to receive your parcel?

We will send shipping updates via email. Please ensure someone is available at the scheduled delivery or collection time. If you cannot be present, please notify your local post office or arrange for a trusted person to accept the parcel on your behalf.

 

 

Lost, held, returned, or stolen parcels

If your shipping courier marks your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, possible issues could include misplacement, theft, incorrect delivery, or an ongoing delivery process. Please contact us promptly via email to address the matter.

We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen parcels delivered to shared locations such as shops, restaurants, businesses, military bases, or apartments. Additionally, we are not liable for missing or returned parcels due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout or failure to collect parcels on time. Refunds are not guaranteed, and it's your responsibility to ensure accurate shipping details before finalizing your order. Unclaimed or undeliverable parcels can be reshipped at your expense.

If delivery issues are anticipated, we may temporarily hold your order and contact you via email to confirm your shipping address.

Please report any missing parcels via email within 60 days of your order or within 10 days of a parcel being marked delivered. After these periods, investigating may be challenging, and we may be unable to offer a complimentary reshipment or refund.

 

 

My order has not arrived yet

If your parcel is delayed, please promptly report the issue to our customer support team via email at support@nano-builds.com, providing your order number and details of the missing item(s). You have 14 days from the original order date to report any missing parcels

 

 

Missing Parcels

After your parcel is delivered by the courier, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. Occasionally, couriers may prematurely mark parcels as delivered. If you receive a delivery confirmation email but haven't received your parcel:

 

For US Customers:

USPS vehicles use GPS that can prematurely update a parcel's status. Please wait a few business days as it may still arrive. Contact your local USPS post office for accurate information. If your parcel doesn't arrive, file a claim with USPS and contact us at support@nano-builds.com.


For International Customers:

Check your front porch or mailbox for a note from your local post office. If you received a note or text message, it may provide instructions. Contact your local post office for assistance in locating your package. If you face difficulties, reach out to us for further support. The NanoBuilds Team is dedicated to assisting you in locating and resolving issues with your missing parcel.

     

     

    Ordering for a Special Occasion

    We regret that we cannot guarantee timely delivery for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas, and similar events. If your item arrives later than expected and you wish to return it, please email us within 14 days of receiving the parcel. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

     

     

    What happens if my order cannot be delivered and is returned?

    If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, please email support@nano-builds.com with your order number within 90 days of your order date.

    We are not obligated to issue a refund until we receive the parcel. Reshipping will involve handling and reshipment fees, applicable regardless of the original shipment's free shipping eligibility.
